The room was a nice size. The hotel was fairly clean. The location was unbeatable, close to St Mary's Seafood Restaurant, the waterfront, dinner, and the ferry to CINP. The staff was excellent and friendly.

The hotel is well priced and exceptionally comfortable. It is located in a very relaxing area, not far from stores nearby, the waterfront, and the Cumberland Island Visitor's Center. The location is nice, at a moderate distance from Kings Bay Cinemas.

The breakfast at the hotel was really good with a nice selection of items. The hostess was friendly and the décor was attractive. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for my stay, with easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. It was convenient to have everything within reach.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. there was a problem with the toilet in the room I stayed in.

The rooftop pool at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western was absolutely beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. The water was clean and refreshing, and the views from the pool area were breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.
